Our Total Body Performance class focuses on non-stop movements to improve your overall strength and conditioning using fundamental fitness and interval training to take your performance to the next level.
Learn proper kickboxing techniques, self defense tactics, and footwork. High intensity class incorporating conditioning drills used by professionals in order to increase speed and power. Come see why this class is such a HIT! Join us on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. or Thursdays at 8 p.m.
A unique fusion of balance, strength, and stretch. Use Performance Stretch to complement your training program. Reach a new level of fitness by learning how to engage your core and by moving through a greater range of motion. Expect your body to feel restored and renewed after creating a deeper connection with your mind and your body. Classes are held every Friday and Saturday at 9 a.m.
Performance Boot Camp
Our signature class is held every Sunday at 9 a.m.! Coaches will guide our Challenge Chasers through non-stop movements to increase your metabolic conditioning, speed, agility, and overall strength. This Performance Boot Camp focuses on functional fitness (kettlebells, suspension trainers, battle ropes, slam balls etc.) and interval training to take your PERFORMANCE to the next level.
