Expect your body to feel restored and renewed after creating a deeper connection with your mind and your body. Classes are held every Sunday at 10:15 a.m., Tuesday at 10 a.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m.
Performance Boot Camp
Our signature class is held every Sunday at 9 a.m. Coaches will guide our Challenge Chasers through non-stop movements to increase your metabolic conditioning, speed, agility, and overall strength. This Performance Boot Camp focuses on functional fitness (kettlebells, suspension trainers, battle ropes, slam balls etc.) and interval training to take your PERFORMANCE to the next level.
