PR Performance Stretch classes complement PR’s individual and group personal training programs. The classes are designed for PR clients, as well as for individuals looking to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class begins with a 5 minute deep breathing routine, followed by a 10 minute warm up to wake up the spine and large muscle groups, leading up to a series of standing and stretching yoga postures for strength and balance and floor poses for flexibility.  Each class ends with gentle relaxation to restore and renew!
